(6.) What is the delivery time on orders?
Off the floor
Off the floor products are ready for delivery within 4 days after the purchase. We require some extra time if some alterations need to be made to existing pieces of furniture eg. changing legs on lounge suites. All details can be discussed at the time of purchase.
Ordered pieces of furniture
For leather lounge suites that are ordered in a specific combination and colour, we need 10-14 weeks delivery time. Sometimes the waiting period goes beyond that due to delay in custom clearances, fumigation etc. We endeavour to keep in touch with our customers in such cases to update them on delivery dates.

(7.) How much does delivery cost ?
Within Auckland delivery can be organised for any day at a flat rate of $75.00. Your Lounge Suite will be delivered to you with great care in our Marua Leather Truck and placed in your home by our experienced delivery staff.
We are also happy to organise out of Auckland Deliveries for you. Details can be discussed at the time of purchase as various regions have different prices set.

(8.) What would happen if my goods get damaged in transit?
Rarely, if damage occurs to goods in transit please make an immediate note on the delivery docket and contact us straight away. All goods purchased are packed and wrapped properly and delivered to your residence with care. It is advisable to remove the packing before the delivery staff leave to make sure that you have received the items in good condition.

Marua Leather fulfills its obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act and warrants you, the original purchaser, that for stated warranty period, we will repair or replace furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship.
